L'équipe

The Restaurant “L’insolite” is run by two Chefs: Gael Ruscart and Philippe Clauss who both came from Hotel Martinez in Cannes a few months ago. They are assisted by the young apprentice Julien Cadiou.

Gael, raised in Douarnenez, wishes to offer you altered Breton specialties prepared with fresh products which are the richness of our areas and seasoned with spices from all over the world.




Welcome to Hotel de France – Restaurant L’insolite. A 100% female staff will welcome you. Emeline will help you as much as she can at the reception.

Sandrine and Fati will take care of you in the Restaurant, in a quiet and warm atmosphere.

Gaelle and Catherine are responsible for the cleanness and comfort of your room. They will all do everything possible to ensure that you enjoy your stay in the restaurant and the hotel.
